Annual Report Information
Near the end of the calendar year, the Presbytery Office sends out an email with a request for Clerks of Session to complete the Session Annual Statistical Report, as well as other reports for the Presbytery of Chicago. Pastors and church office staff are copied on this email.
Please use the links below to submit your reports electronically. An alternative option is to download the fillable report (in PDF format) and submit it via email. We request the reports be completed and submitted to the Presbytery Office by February 1 of the new year.
