This year’s retreat has been designed by the presbytery’s Mental Health Committee to truly feed your mental health. There’s time to take a walk, space for conversations with colleagues, opportunities to go to bed early – or stay up and laugh with friends.
Together, we’ll be exploring wonder — with space for creativity, dreaming, visioning, and curiosity. We’ve made space for quiet time and loud time — extroverts will have options to gather, and introverts will have space to step away.
Everything this year is hosted by leaders from our presbytery who will invite you to consider:
What are the curiosities available to us through the Spirit and God’s Word?
As you rest and soak in the space available to us, what is God saying for our lives and our call?
This is an opportunity to rest and wonder so we can become even more open to how God is present and active with us.
Two spiritual directors will be available for 1:1 meetings (at no additional cost to you!). Sign up when for a spot (first come, first served) when you check in on Sunday.
You can walk an indoor labyrinth, talk with colleagues, find a quiet place to read or journal, take advantage of the outdoors, or swim in the pool.
Here is a snapshot of our daily schedule and themes – each day will have opportunities for you to choose what you are interested in and sabbath time you can shape to fit your needs that day.
